Metro 2033 redux alternate ending3/24/2023 Note: Completing all actions listed below are not required to get the best ending, but performing as many as possible will improve the chances of getting the best ending. The following is a list of some of the actions that cause the gain and loss of morality points. You will know you performed a good action when you see a brief flash of white after someone finishes a story or you save the life of a human. You can also perform good actions by exploring the environment, or eavesdropping on the stories NPCs tell in the cities around the metro. I'm going to guess irony wasn't your actual intent. To get the "Redemption" (good) ending, you must perform as many good actions as possible and kill as few humans as possible, like sparing the lives of soldiers who surrender voluntarily and saving women and children. whatever that was, that I just read through. I find your post extremely ironic, what with how you basically implied he's stupid at the very beginning and all. I am completely unable to achieve the good ending. I don't know why this is happening, after I recover from the vision, I have no control afterwards, the screen just goes black. I stood on the tower with the dark one on the ground and a gun in my hand, and then, bad ending again, roll credits. So I played through the tower chapter again, all the way up until the 'choice'. ![]() I discovered that shooting the dark one had nothing to do with it, and that it all depended on whether you shot the dark one or the missile thing. A while later I decided to go back and try and get the good ending. So he dropped down, I returned to the tower, and then the bad ending cinematic played out. โพสต์ดั้งเดิมโดย Gryffyd:*spoilers* So I finished tthe game on the bad ending my first time thinking that it was because I shot down the dark one. The good ending requires a LOT more patience, stealth, planning, and optional objectives' completion than the normal ending ( calling it the "bad" ending is somewhat silly- it's the post-apocalypse!). ¹ Total pain in the tuchas if you ask me you'll drive yourself CRAZY not killing guys desperately begging to leave this world prematurely. You have to do a lot more wok ferreting out interaction opportunities, remembering (or noticing) that this game doesn't highlight animals, people, and items of interest…and that's a real pain in the backside because lots of interesting-LOOKING things aren't. In order to get the "good" ending¹, you can't rush through like you would in a timed trial. See, I can read and write English with more than a smattering of competence, while he obviously wouldn't know Strunk & White's Elements of Grammar and Style if it hit him on the head. ![]() I was completely and utterly baffled by what jr.miqell attempted to communicate. ![]() I know what a book is, I know the lore of the universe in which Metro is set, and I know what actually occurs during the game and what Dark Ones are, you completely misunderstood my discussion.
